UK Trade and Investment is a joint government department between the Department of Trade and Industry and the Foreign and Commonwealth office and one of its main priorities is helping British SMEs develop business opportunities in overseas markets. UK Trade and Investment support a wide range of overseas events and can support British companies who want to attend at selected overseas exhibitions and seminars. Grant assisted help can also be given to companies who are committed to developing plans to export by way of the Passport to Export scheme. Through this scheme, support can be given to companies in the areas of overseas research and promotion, market visits and training.
Roger and Guy will be available for one-to-one hour long sessions to explain in further detail the support that is available for companies wishing to move into or develop their export activity.
These sessions will be particularly helpful for companies in the Creative Industries and ICT sectors, but any company outside these sectors who may wish to find out in general about help available for exporters is also welcome.
Register below, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a convenient slot during the day.
