7th July 2002 - Laptop launch pad at Portsmouth Technopole

Finally a 5 star premises available in Portsmouth, these were the words of Jon Cummings on taking space at the Portsmouth Technopole. The newly formed company Mobile workstation (UK) Ltd were looking to set up in London had it not been for the premises. The new product has been well received in the USA by airlines and the military. The new laptop is unique in that it has its own UPS and server sharing capabilities. The initial market research in the UK is looking good with expected expansion in the short term. The centre gives us the flexibility to grow into more space without the hassle and the efficiency to pay for more space as we need it.
