Basepoint plc, who operate Gosport Business Centre on behalf of SEEDA have released six small offices to help meet the local demand for quality accommodation for small businesses.

The offices, which will be ready for occupation in the first week of July are 200 - 210 sq ft and will benefit from all the same quality amenities that the other offices already have including just one, all inclusive rental charge with the only additional costs being (optional) telephone and broadband services which are all managed on site.

Andrew Weston, the centre manager said, 'Interest in the new units is growing and we already have two reservations so people will have to act quickly if they want to secure one of these new units'.
